Shamanic Circle 4 Men
‘Shamanism is not a religion, rather a set of practises used to communicate with the unseen world. There are shared philosophies within Shamanic practise, but no figurehead or creeds. Organised religion has failed; the blessing within this is that we have been liberated to explore spirituality for ourselves on an individual level. A negative affect is that our sense of community has been reduced to almost nothing. In these rapidly changing and uncertain times, many have a sense that new possibilities are ready to emerge. One possibility that I personally see is that we can rediscover the cohesion and unity of being a spiritual community, without control, dogma, and loss of individual power. In this workshop I would like to discuss what Shamanism means from my perspective, including a recount of a vision I have had regarding men who love men. I will also lead a ceremony which will allow the participants to journey into their own connection with powerful spirit allies that are waiting to commune with us once again. If you could bring an object that for you represents connection with other men – please do, and it will be placed around the altar that will be set up for our ceremony.’ Christian

“Douglas” Really was an amazingly good event with a fantastic group of people. Seb was brilliant and Christian delivered a blinding session complete with drum beats. Shame if you missed it! Brilliant!
